SUMMARY:Toolbox for digital corporate transformation management
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, san
 s-serif; font-size: 12px;">Technology is useless without knowing how, when
 and why anyone should use technological advancements. Companies that are cr
 eated in the time of a certain technology cycle are lucky, as they can have
  a fresh start with no need for the transformation of the status quo. Those
  companies that were born before that era are struggling to fully integrate
  digital tools into existing company processes. To say more, according to H
 arvard Business Review survey, 70% of general change projects in companies
 fail. This, we suspect, may apply even more to (potentially disruptive) dig
 ital transformation if it is enacted with fuzzy targets and methodology. Co
 mbining existing strengths with process innovation generated by digital cha
 nge is what industry is currently seeking.</span><br style="color: #000000;

 ; font-size: 12px;" /><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Ar
 ial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Apart from mere outputs, an i
 nnovative element lies in the process that the project will unfold between
 Academia and industry. This process will stimulate mutual participation, ex
 change and open source approaches. It will generate a toolbox for companies
  to use and also try to generalize findings for teaching purposes (used as
 an input in IO4).</span><br style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Ar
